Our founder, Dr. Jennifer L. Ortega, began Each Day In Gratitude Counseling And Wellbeing Services in 2023 as an online mental health service in which anyone in the state of Texas could schedule individual counseling/psychotherapy sessions.

Since its formation in 2023, Each Day In Gratitude has evolved and changed its focus towards LPC-Associate supervision and community outreach. Dr. Ortega’s love for teaching, supporting, guiding, and empowering individuals new to the counseling profession led to this pivot within the structure of the business.

In addition to her love of supporting new counselors, Dr. Ortega strives to help her community through outreach efforts that promote the importance of taking care of ones mental health and flourishing in the face of adversity.
